As Seen In:

“When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you don’t blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet if we have problems with our friends or family, we blame the other person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will grow well, like the lettuce. Blaming has no positive effect at all, nor does trying to persuade using reason and argument. That is my experience. No blame, no reasoning, no argument, just understanding. If you understand, and you show that you understand, you can love, and the situation will change”

Nature Inspired Relationship Coaching!

Hello and welcome to my website! I’m Krystal Woodbridge, and I’m a Nature Inspired Relationship Coach.

My specialist area of expertise is to help couples in committed relationships to reconnect and re-balance their relationships, using lessons learned from Nature as a guide.

Is your Relationship Out of Balance?

Most couples who come to see me say that they are simply too busy to spend quality time together, and as a result feel disconnected and that the relationship is out of balance.

This can cause all sorts or issues.

And once there are issues it can be really difficult to resolve them once you are feeling disconnected!

So why use Nature as a guide?

When we think about Nature we realise it is never out of balance, and everything is connected.

For anything to grow and flourish it needs the right conditions and nutrients.

Everything is balanced by its opposite, whether we think about the opposite colours such as red berries and green leaves, night and day, Summer and Winter.

Nature is ever-changing and evolving and yet it does so in collaboration with all its elements.

So imagine your relationship as being connected and balanced, where you and your partner create the right conditions for each other to grow and flourish, where you can have your opposing views or feelings which, rather than driving you apart, can complement each other perfectly. Imagine working collaboratively together so that your relationship can change and evolve.

When we draw comparisons with Nature, it all makes sense, doesn’t it?

You are Nature!

Because we ourselves are Nature, I truly believe that we all have this knowledge deep within ourselves already, and that we have simply forgotten it.

Perhaps in this day and age, when we are so engrossed in technology, and so disconnected from Nature and its wisdom, it’s not surprising that we stop connecting in these ways in our relationships?

I am here to show you that you CAN reconnect both with Nature (and therefore a core part of yourselves), and each other!

It just takes a little reminding!

Through my E-Courses, written materials, E-Guides, E-books and Blogs, Video Blogs and Webinars, I will show you exactly how to do this. The best thing about this is that it is FUN!
